QB Sit Em'

1.Matt Ryan
Sorry but Matt Ryan away is not a good thing. I think there are better options out there so if you have to play him play him but if you have anyone else put them in instead. Sit Matty Ice.

2. Austin Davis
He is playing Seattle. Nuff said.

3. Ben Rothlisberger
He is not a bad quarter back but definitely not a great one for fantasy. He is versing the Texans and big JJ Watt. I think the Houston D will give the Steelers offense trouble. Sit Big Ben for no other reason than the fact that Le'veon Bell will be getting the majority of the yards for this offense.

4.Eli Manning
He will do alright this week. But not enough to start him. Manning is too high of a risk to play. Plain and simple. As a Giants fan I wish him the best but as a fantasy fanatic I have to advise people to put Eli on the bench this week.

QB Start Em'

1.Carson Palmer
Carson Palmer is back and will put up great numbers against Oakland. Pick him up start him and get points. He has a great matchup this week and his health back. I believe he will have a solid game with at least 2 TD's.

2. Brian Hoyer
Not that anyone really wants to play Brian Hoyer but if you have a two QB league or a very deep league with injuries he can be a good spot start this week. Going up against Jacksonville I can see him having a good game and being a good start this week.

3.Jay Cutler
I have no idea why people do not see Cutler as a top tier fantasy QB. He will get you 15 points or more week in and week out. What is there not to like about Jay Cutler. Also he is home. This one is a no brainer START EM.

4.Cam Newton
He convinced me last week. Cam is back. Last week he looked truly comfortable in and out of the pocket. With Kelvin Benjamin and Greg Olsen both playing well Cam can go out and throw the ball. Start Newton he is finally healthy and river boat Ron probably loves it and so do I.

Running Back Sit Em'

1. Matt Asiata
Asiata has a tough matchup this week against the Buffalo Bills. That along with the fact that he has competition in McKinnon and that the offense he is in is in complete dismay right now. Asiata is not Adrian Peterson so you must sit this Vikings RB.

2.Khiry Robinson
Honestly I really just do not like his matchup against the Lions this week. Also I could very much see the Saints playing from behind most of the game and passing a lot more than running. Also the Saints are away which means they will have a bad game this week. For those reasons I would sit Robinson this week.

3.Zac Stacy
Overall Stacy has had a bad year. On top of that he is going up against Seattle who has a great defense. Sit Zac Stacy he is not worth the risk. And for his owners consider picking up Cunningham because Stacy may not keep his job.

4. Steven Jackson
Steven Jackson is so old he probably could benefit to having life alert. So ALERT fantasy owners DO NOT START HIM. He is going against Baltimore and more importantly he could break a hip. But all kidding aside he is sharing carries and is too TD dependent. Sit em.

Running Back Start Em'

1.Alfred Morris
Tennessee has a dreadful run defense and Morris loves to play at home unless against Seattle. But this week he is going against a horrible defense and should put up major points. Start Alfred Morris and rake in the points.

2. Ben Tate
Ben Tate is gonna get it done this week against Jacksonville. I could see Tate ending up in the top five of running backs this week not just because of his matchup. Start Ben Tate he will get you at least 15 points. Not to mention he is also healthy and the browns have been solid lately.
3. Justin Forsett
Although Baltimore has a lot of capable running backs Forsett is the man there. He has a beautiful matchup against the Falcons so expect solid numbers and a TD. Forsett is the waiver wire gift that keeps on giving so expect good things from him this week.
4. Lamar Miller
Moreno was put back on the IR. This means the running game in Miami is all Miller's. Last year the Bears run defense gave up a ton of fantasy points to running backs. This is a good matchup and he is a good player. There is not one reason to have Miller on the bench. Must start.

Wide Receiver Sit Em'

1. Keenan Allen
Do not drop Keenan Allen but I think he should be on the bench until he gets it going. He has had one good game this season so you know he has it in him. Unfortunately I do not see anything good happening with him this week. KC is not the shut down defense it was last year but I think if Allen is not playing Jacksonville ya gotta sit em.
2. Percy Harvin
If you have not heard Harvin has been traded to the Jets who have already played this week. Do not be the fool who plays a guy who has already played. Sit him do not be that guy. I think I can safely predict a 0 coming from him this week.

3.Calvin Johnson
Right now Megatron is listed as questionable. Even if he plays his ankle will still hinder the amount of points he will get. Sit megatron on the bench ice his ankle and give him a gatorade. Sit em.

4.Roddy White
Sorry Roddy but Julio Jones is the only Falcons receiver I would start. Unless there is an amazing match up or Jones is injured Roddy has very little value in my opinion. Going against a stout Baltimore D I don't believe Roddy will have more that five fantasy points this week if that. Those stats deserve a cozy seat on the bench.

Last Minute Waiver Wire TIps

1. Jerrick McKinnon
Do not get me wrong McKinnon is definitely not a starter right away but as the season progresses do not be surprised if he turns out to be a solid player to have stashed for a long time. Bottom line if you are comfortable now and have a bench spot this might not be a bad person to fill it with.
2.Cecil Shorts
When Shorts is healthy he is good. With Blake Bortles playing better everyday Shorts is not a bad spot start for a flex or WR 2. He is a proven solid wide receiver and for a spot start for a player on a bye week I like him.
3. Jarius Wright
With the bad start of the season by Cordarelle Patterson Jarius Wright could see more receptions in upcoming weeks to make a good playoff push. He has showed he has talent and potential. Do not be surprised if this guy becomes a good prospect.
4.Brandon LaFell
WARNING Brandon LaFell is a streaky player who will either sink or swim. He is high risk and high reward. If you need a spot start or to fill in a spot for an injury he could be a solid pick up the only issue is consistency. What I do like about LaFell is that with Gronk back and Edleman still competing well defenses forget about him. Stash him or play but beware he could put up a 16 or a 0.

Outrageous Predictions

Today is game day. This means that I will give five outrageous predictions on what I think will happen in the NFL for week 6.

1. Matt Forte will have 200 total yards today against the Falcons

2. The top fantasy QB of week six will be Eli Manning
3. The Ravens will shut-out the Bucs
4.Mohamud Sanu will have over a 100 yards and a TD this week

5. Brian Quick will out-score Brandon Marshall by at least 5 points

Keep in mind these are outrageous but if they come true I will be sure to brag

QUESTIONS TIME!

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS COMMENT ON THIS POST

Sammy's Top 5 Fantasy Duds

Coming into the season we had expectations of players and high hopes for others. A lot of the time as fantasy players we are tricked into thinking that someone is a better player than they are because of preseason. If you feel like you have been screwed by someone this year with an early pick read on this is about you.

5. Lesean Mccoy
Lesean would have been lower on the list but there are still a lot of games left and a lot of hope. In most leagues Lesean left the big board in the first 5 picks but with his running this year he appears to be a dud.
4. Calvin Johnson
He is the first receiver to go in most leagues. He is a superstar a record breaker and most of all a dud. This year Megatron had one good game and then his ankle became his tragic flaw. I am sure that he will pick it back up in the second half but as far I am concerned for right now Megatron is a surprising dud.
3.Ray Rice
For some people that drafted rice in the 5th round because he would be back on the field in a couple weeks. Well that was wrong. After the video of the domestic violence I do not believe we will see our great role model Ray Rice for a long time. Luckily he is on the waiver wire in leagues so he can't hurt anyone anymore
2. Montee Ball
I can not tell you how many times I heard this kid is gonna be a fantasy stud. Well I think they meant dud. Montee Ball has had hard match-ups and did not deliver. But on top of all that he is now injured. In a running back scarce game like the NFL this was heart breaking for fantasy owners who used a first or second round pick on the youngster.
1.Adrian Peterson
Nobody saw this coming. Adrian Peterson up to this year has been extremely consistent (minus the injury that took away a full season). Everyone thought AP was a great guy but unfortunately he made many mistakes. It is a sad sight to see such a super star become a dud overnight. This was no doubt a first round pick if not first overall pick used on this guy. Now that is what I call dudly.

TE SIT EM

Tight End Sit Em

1.Martellus Bennet
Sorry Bennet owners but it is not september anymore so you know what that means, no more Martellus Bennet double digit games. I am sitting Bennet this game because with Marc Trestman's gameplan he uses Bennet as a threat in the first month of the seasons so defenses gameplan against him. This leaves Jeffery and Marshall more open. This what fantasy analysts believe the strategy is. I am sitting Bennet because the leaves are changing. SIT EM
2013 Stats

2. Zach Ertz
Although his match up is not horrible I do not like Zach Ertz this week. In general I think he got off to a hot start and kind of just stopped. Because his production has been down the last couple of weeks I think he must be sat.

3.Jordan Cameron
Jordan Cameron is a talented tight end no doubt but this season his production has gone way down due to injury. In the next coming weeks I could see him become the valuable tight end he was last year. But until I see him reemerge he can be nice and cozy on my bench.

4. Jared Cook
He has a solid match up but is not a solid tight end. He had one good season and that is about it. People should not start him in any leagues. Jared cook is a low tier tight end and i really do not like him. He would be solid with a TD but he has none. Sit em folks he just is not that good.

TE START EM

Tight Ends Start

1. Julius Thomas
Oh my god what a huge surprise. Julius Thomas is going to have another great game and expect nothing less that 15 points from him in standard leagues. Trust in Thomas is what I say. Start him every week he is Peyton Manning's favorite Red-Zone target with 7 touchdowns this season. Start Julius Thomas without a doubt
2. GRONK
Gronk is back with a vengeance. Last week he had a touchdown with a 100 yards. This week he will do that if not more. He is Tom Brady's favorite target and you better believe he will have a major impact on this sunday's game. Start Gronk you would be foolish not to.
3. Delanie Walker
Although Delanie Walker is a rather hit or miss tight end he will be a hit this week. He is going up against the jags who have a miserable defense. Start Walker for sure. Despite the bad quarterback situation in Tennessee Walker will have at least ten fantasy points in this contest. That deserves a start in a rather unstable position.

4.Larry Donnel
Donnel has a great match up this week against the Eagles. With all the buzz about Odell Beckham I have a feeling the defense will forget to plan against Donnel. That is why you will see him have a solid game with a TD in this contest. Start Donnel you won't be sorry.

QB SIT EM

QB Sits

1.Tony Romo
The Seattle Seahawks Defense is going to have fun with Romo. As many of you may know Romo is someone I would call an interception magnet. Against the Seahawks it will be magnified. Sit Tony Romo because I predict two interceptions and a mere 12 fantasy points for the cowboy QB.

2. Cam Newton
Cam Newton's days as perennial fantasy QB are done. Going up against Cincinnati Cam Newton will not have a good day. Do not start Cam Newton it is just a bad idea. The Bengals are 11th in the league against the pass. Sit Cam Newton I am sure there are better options on the waiver wire.

3.Teddy Bridgewater
Teddy is coming back from an injury this week after a good outing the last time he played. Do not be fooled by that one game. The Detroit defense this year has played well holding Green Bay to just seven points. Teddy will probably get re-injured just like other mobile quarterbacks. He is not a safe pick. Sit Teddy Bridgewater and drop him if you own him.

4.Kirk Cousins
Sit Kirk Cousins not just because he is Kirk Cousins but because he is going against the Cardinals. If your QB is on a bye week I understand but do not fill that void with cousins. Against San Diego they held Phillip Rivers in check who is one of the hottest fantasy QBs this year. Kirk Cousins is bad news. Sit Em down on your bench.

QB START EM

QB STARTS

1.Peyton Manning
I bet everyone saw this one coming. Peyton Manning is the best quarterback of our generation. Against the Jets this week he is going to tear it up. Must Start Peyton Manning he is a baller and a fantasy stud.
BEWARE: he could be benched if the denver lead is too big.

2.Phillip Rivers
Phillip Rivers has been a fantasy gem this year. This San Diego team is going to destroy oakland in every which way. This includes Phillip Rivers throwing for over 300 yards with two touchdowns. Start Phillip Rivers this guy is for real. Also how could you not start this face.

3.Eli Manning
If Austin Davis can do it so can Eli Manning. I am not saying Eli Manning is a fantastic quarterback but he is however better than Davis who racked up the points last week against Philly. Eli Manning is going to go in there and light it up for a solid twenty point game. Him and Odell Beckham are going to have some fun out there. START ELI MANNING.

4.Matt Ryan
Matty Ice is home which means a big fantasy outing for the falcons signal caller. At home this year Ryan has averaged a whopping 27.5 fantasy points. This is a no brainer to start him against the Bears. This game could be a shootout which means lots of passing yards. Gotta start Matt Ryan.

Please Comment Questions or if you disagree or agree with me. Don't worry his sensitive skin won't get in the way.

RB SIT EM

Running Back Sits

1.Zac Stacy
I am not yet sold on Zac Stacy especially with the running defense ranked third in the NFL being the San Francisco 49ers. Beware Zac Stacy owners because Austin Davis has caught fire last game and will be looking for the deep pass down the field with Brian Quick. Zac Stacy will be held to 70 yards no touchdowns.
2.Steven Ridley
Although Buffalo is not great against the run Steven Ridley is a sit for me. This is because of "belitrix". Last week Ridley was the man which means this next week the guy will be Shane Vereen. Unfortunately Ridley will also see less carries because this game I think will be closer than the Bengals game last week. Maybe start Ridley as a flex but as an Rb 2 he is a definite sit.
3.Maurice Jones-Drew
Even though MJD can rap in the shiva bowl shuffle as a running back HE IS DONE. Maurice Jones-Drew is a has-been. While splitting time with Darren McFadden and also having nagging injuries Maurice will sadly be held to 30 yards this week if he is even healthy enough. In my opinion he is not even worth a bench spot on your team. MJD IS A MUST SIT THIS WEEK!
4.Lesean Mccoy
This is extremely painful for me to write but Mccoy is a sit for me. The last three weeks have been nothing short of dreadful. This Eagles team has no running game and they definitely will not pick it back up against the giants. I would try to trade Mccoy for a better RB with potential. Shady Mccoy is a sit this week.

RB START EM

Running Back Starts

1. Matt Forte
Matt Forte is a beast and that is undeniable. Going up against the horrible running D of the Falcons should make him the number one fantasy running back of the week. Last week against Carolina Defense he had 105 yards rushing with a touch down. For this week I predict 115 yards rushing 30 yards receiving with a rushing and receiving touchdown. Those kind of numbers = MUST START
2. Andre Williams
Being the avid Giants fan I am I have seen the explosiveness of this kid. He is a tough runner with something to prove. The eagles defense gets defensive touchdowns but is 23rd overall against the run. With the confidence gained from last game Andre Williams will produce a touchdown and 100 yards. Andre Williams is a great option.

3.Brenden Oliver
The unknown almost "Sproles like" kid is going to shred up the Oakland Raiders running D which is the worst in the league. After getting a huge lead in the first half I predict Oliver to carry this game home. He will have 120 yards rushing with two Touchdowns. Watch out for this guy because he is a great start. And Stay classy san diego.

4.Jeremy Hill
A lot of fantasy football is about match-ups. This week the Bengals are going against Carolina's Defense who is 30th in the league in rushing defense. Jeremy hill will have a break out game after a disappointing loss last weeks against the Patriots. Hill will have 80 yards rushing and a touchdown. Jeremy Hill owners will be very happy if they start him this week.

WR SIT EM

Wide Reciever Sits
1.Julian Edelman
Although Edelman had a great start to the season he has lost huge fantasy stock in my opinion. Rob Gronkowski is Tom Brady's favorite target in the offense. Last week we saw a healthy Gronk which means a we also see a decline in Edelman's numbers. Against the Bills Sit him he will not be targeted as much and there are better options out there.
2.Desean Jackson
Listen Desean is the classic feast or famine wide receiver. Even though he is going up against a banged up Arizon D do not start him. Jackson has yet to have two big back to back weeks. He is on the road with Kirk Cousins and I think he is a risky flex option and if you can trade him high I would say do it. Sit Jackson he is not worth the risk.
3.Eric Decker
Not to say that Eric Decker is not a talented guy but I think he is a solid receiver at best that looked great as of a product of Peyton Manning. I think you could have Jerry Rice on the field for the Jets and still have a bad game. Geno Smith and Michael Vick are not trustworthy quarterbacks and Eric Decker on the Jets is mediocre. Do not play Eric Decker he is injured and has been sucked into the bad luck of the New York Jets.
4. Terrance Williams
Terrance Williams is a good spot starter or flex option for weeks other than this. The legion of boom is gonna cover these wide receivers like white on rice. Terrance Williams is touchdown dependent and going against the Seahawks I would say that is a definite Sit.

Please Comment Questions or if you disagree or agree with me

WR START EM

                                                  Wide Recievers
Start em'
1. Odell Beckham Jr.
With a solid rookie debut against the Atlanta Falcons Odell Beckham will have his break out game against a rather weak Eagles secondary. Last week against the Eagles Rams wide receiver Brian Quick had 20 points. Eli Manning will be looking to Beckham especially with red zone opportunities. I predict Odell Beckham Jr. to have 8 catches for 83 yards and a Touchdown. In other words play Beckham Jr.

Rookie First TD

2.Golden Tate
Not to say that the age of Megatron is over but Golden Tate has been racking up the fantasy points for a late round wideout. This week Tate is going up against the Minnesota Vikings who gave up touchdowns to both Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson. I expect Golden Tate to get 10 catches for 102 yards and at least one touchdown if not more.
3. Emanuel Sanders
Emanuel Sanders in PPR leagues has averaged around 15 fantasy points a game with zero touchdowns on the year. This week Sanders is going to have a huge game against the jets and by the end of the first half will have over ten fantasy points. I doubt I need to convince people to play him but trust me he will have a huge week. My projection is 25 yards rushing 8 catches 95 yards receiving with a Touchdown.
4. Alshon Jeffery
Atlanta defense can not contain Alshon Jeffery. He will have a huge play in this game for a touchdown. Possibly in a shootout type game in Atlanta. That is why Jeffery will put up a staggering 135 yards on 9 catches with a touchdown. You would be crazy not playing this freak of an athlete. The days of Brandon Marshall being the best fantasy receiver in Chicago are over. Watch out Alshon Jeffery is my favorite start OF THE WEEK.
